This month's X3 Workshop, hosted by eMaint Product Specialist Alex Allen, reviews two new features:

1) PM Distribution

eMaint X3 V.10.2.2 - This session, offered in conjunction with the July release for eMaint X3, is presented by eMaint Product Specialist Alex Allen. The eMaint X3 July Release includes many new features and functions. In this 30 minute seminar, we will explore these changes and demonstrate how to implement them into your work process.

Below is a short video that will demonstrate the basics of the new Purchase Order screens. Please take a moment to review the new interface prior to the new feature being released on Tuesday July 20th.

These tips include internet browser settings, useful default values for data entry forms, little known functions within X3, and tricks to help get the most out of automated reports and dashboard reporting.

The eMaint X3 February Release includes many new features and functions. In this 30 minute seminar, we will explore these changes and demonstrate how to implement them into your work process.

This session, provided by Product Support Specialist Steve Carbonetta, introduces the new Scheduling tool. This short introduction will give you the basics needed to become familiar with the tool and utilize its basic functionality.

This session, provided by Product Specialist Alex Allen, reviews the process of creating Inventory based reports in eMaint X3. It includes a review of the report writer interface, discussion of the data tables associated with the inventory transaction history, adjusting the output of the reports and publishing to the dashboard.
