Our Presenter Kevin Lewton, (CMRP, C.P.M., CPS, CPMM) is a principal of MET DEMAND, LLC.  Kevin has worked with clients to improve their asset strategies from the time of initial equipment start-up to managing a TPM implementation for an existing facility with 12,000 employees.  His ability to work with senior management to develop strategy for improvement and to work with shop floor associates in implementing new processes and developing strong teams has proven successful in complex projects.  
During his 23 year career, Kevin has worked in a variety of roles including 20 years for MasterfoodsUSA, a division of Mars Inc. where in his final role he led the regional “Reliability Excellence” project team involving 15 North American Sites.  Kevin has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and is the author of “MRO Excellence is for the Customer.”
