This month's X3 Workshop, hosted by eMaint Product Specialist Alex Allen, reviews two new features:

1) PM Distribution
2) Automated Email Alert Notifications

The PM Distribution feature allows you to select an existing PM Schedule and apply it to a predefined group of assets in your database.

The email alert feature allows you to set up alerts within X3 for high priority events such as emergency repairs, overdue work orders or any predefined event. Whenever a predefined event occurs, an email notification is automatically triggered.

We recommend this session for any administrative user of eMaint X3. Experienced users as well as those just getting started will find valuable take-aways on how to utilize these new features.
